A year of building - here's where Dash is at

Alex Siale Alex Siale

DashCRM started twelve months ago with two beta users and a simple idea: development sales shouldn't require five disconnected systems just to keep pricing and availability accurate.

Developers were managing stock in spreadsheets, listings across portals manually, enquiries in inboxes, and agent updates over email. Nothing talked to each other. A unit gets sold, but the portal still shows it as available. An agent sends a stock list with yesterday's pricing. A buyer enquires on a listing that's already under contract.

Dash exists to fix that. One system where your project data is the source of truth - and everything else stays in sync.

After six months of soft launch and six weeks since going live, we've closed sign-ups to focus on our founding members. We want to get this right for the people already here. Here's what's live now.

Release of the week

API Access is live

DashCRM now has an open API. Feed leads in from anywhere - Meta Ads, Google Ads, website form submissions, or any platform that supports webhooks. Your enquiries land straight into Dash, no manual entry.

You can also pull a live listings feed from the API to power a stock list on your website or build a custom listing integration. Your website always reflects what's actually available.

What we've shipped

New

Portal sync - Trade Me & realestate.co.nz

Publish and update listings directly from Dash. Change a price or mark a unit as sold, and the portal listing updates automatically. No more logging into each portal separately.

New

Live stock lists

Share a URL with agents that always reflects your current availability, pricing, and unit status. No more emailing updated PDFs.

New

Team collaboration & permissions

Invite agents and team members to your projects with role-based access. Everyone works from the same live data - no more forwarding spreadsheets.

New

Built-in email with threaded replies

Send and receive emails directly within Dash. Full threading, so your buyer and agent communication history lives alongside the project data.

New

Contacts board

Kanban view, search, filters, and an activity timeline for every contact. Track where each buyer or agent is at without digging through your inbox.

Improved

Project & unit management

Structured address fields, bulk CSV import for unit pricing, file management per unit, drag-and-drop media ordering, and optimised image delivery.
